Phenomenal Arancini. Two is easily enough to fill up on. I especially enjoyed the Salmon. The price was very good as well.

Great variety of Arancini and pastries. Very good flavor both on salty and sweet food - Not the best, but still very good. A little on the expensive side but worth it (the arancini are huge). Nice seating area outside.

Staff is friendly and the food is amazing. It doesn’t even stop! Highly recommended. The whole picture costs 11,80€. P.S: Try out the triangle thing in the pic!

Great place for Sicilian treats. We got the almond and the pistachio shave ice (granita) with whipped cream and brioche (a classic combo) and they were amazing. My parents come here all the time and love this place!
Great food at affordable prices. I liked the food there especially at rush hours (e.g. around 1 pm). I don't know Italian and used google translate and/or photos when I didn't know the name of a dish.

Even if there is 40 degrees outside and the metro does not work, I will go there from the city center since it is so good. When in Rome, you go to Vatican and you go to Mizzica!
If you thought the best arancini can only be found in Sicily, this Catanese place will prove you wrong:) long opening hours, amazing arancini and deserts. Close to Bologna metro stop. Worth a detour:)

Delightful neighborhood coffee shop with tons of savory and sweet options. In a recent trip to Rome, this was our "go to" place every night in search of sweets to eat before going to bed. Service was always very friendly and helpful and there are so many options that it is hard to decide. All the things we got here, from arancini to little tartes, tasted great.

This review is ridiculously late in coming but my wife and I came to Rome for our 25th wedding anniversary in May of 2018 and stayed just near by the Mizzica Cafe. The white chocolate croissants and cappuccinos we had each morning were spectacular, inexpensive and simply one of the high lites of our trip. We plan to return to Rome again soon when the pandemic is under control and travel restrictions lifted and we will no longer simply have to dream of experiencing the heavenly pastries here again. Looking forward to trying all the other wonderful items on the menu! Thank you Mizzica Cafe! Hope you are all well and safe!Really helpful staff, good coffee, and delicious fast food.
